This 12,000 square foot 1928 John Gaw Meem designed Elementary School in the Territorial Style was converted from an old, abandoned school into five luxury residences. Three new freestanding single family homes were added at the rear of the old school, as well as carports and garages to support the five luxury residences. This project was the 2016 AIA Merit Award winner.
